As we enter December, we at NTEX AS want to shine a light on something that means a great deal to us. Also this year, we have chosen to donate to a meaningful cause instead of sending traditional Christmas gifts – and this time our contribution goes to Mental Helse Ungdom.

Mental Helse Ungdom does invaluable work for children and young people who are struggling – through prevention, open meeting places, support services, and a strong focus on coping and community. They work to ensure that mental health becomes just as natural to talk about as physical health.

In a world that often feels increasingly demanding, many young people experience pressure, stress, and a sense of exclusion. Our youth are tomorrow’s employees, colleagues, and leaders, and they deserve to grow up in a society where they are seen, taken seriously, and given a safe environment in which to develop.

With this year’s contribution, we want to support the important work that Mental Helse Ungdom carries out – and help ensure that more young people receive the support they need.

We also hope that our choice will inspire other companies to pay attention to young people’s mental health. Both small and large contributions make a difference – and together we can help create a safer and more inclusive society.
