Important information about Digitoll: New requirements from September 15th 2026
Norwegian Customs is introducing new digital requirements for reporting goods and transports crossing the Norwegian border through Digitoll. From September 15th 2026, digital compliance with the reporting and information obligation (MO) will become mandatory. This means that the required information regarding the transport and the goods must be submitted electronically to Norwegian Customs before, or at the latest upon, crossing the border.
