Updated Information: Temporary Extra Charge Continues – Ongoing Conflict Still Affecting Traffic

Published 30 juni 2025

The labor dispute in Sweden continues to have a significant impact on our transport operations, and we are still experiencing challenges related to delays and irregularities. As previously communicated, this situation has led to substantial cost increases beyond our control (force majeure).

The temporary extra charge of 20% of the total freight cost will remain in effect for week 27 and applies to all shipments within our regular transport setup to and from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Northern Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

We hope to be able to remove this surcharge for shipments loaded in week 28 and onwards, provided that no new strike notices are issued and no further major disruptions arise from the conflict. We will publish an update on our website as soon as new information becomes available.
Special arrangements and customer-specific solutions required due to the conflict will be evaluated upon request and priced individually.

If you have any questions about how this may affect your shipments, please contact your regular NTEX representative.
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
