Three steps for successful deliveries

Published 27 juni 2023

How should clients act to ensure a successful delivery of goods? There are probably as many answers to this question as there are clients, but Lars Sandstedt, Traffic Manager (NL+BE+FR+ES) at NTEX AB, emphasizes one word that holds great significance

1. Information

First and foremost, the essential details need to be clearly provided. This includes the collection date, weight, volume, and any other information that drivers and forwarders need to know. Additionally, specific instructions related to the loading location, such as requests for protective equipment, as well as shipping and customs documents, should be communicated. Lars Sandstedt believes that no information should be overlooked, and the more information provided, the faster and better the delivery will be.

2. Dialogue

Flexibility is crucial for NTEX. Lars Sandstedt views the preference for different booking methods among customers as a positive aspect. It is often best when the recipient of an order accepts the customer’s preferred method.

“Some customers prefer standardized procedures, while others prefer sending an email. If we determine that additional information is required, we simply reach out to the customer and gather the necessary details. Dialogue is often the key to success, and it works both ways,” says Lars Sandstedt.

3. Get the service you deserve!

Although NTEX is a large company, it still prioritizes personalized service above all else. Our traffic planners are available and provide you with what you need. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them for any small question. Lars Sandstedt highlights that personal service is where NTEX can outshine its competitors.

“When you book a delivery with us, you will have the same contact person throughout the entire process. You won’t be directed to different call centers in various cities; instead, you will build a relationship with someone who will be there with you every step of the way, taking responsibility for ensuring a successful outcome,” concludes Lars Sandstedt, Traffic Manager (NL+BE+FR+ES) at NTEX AB
